Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness

Yoga is for everyone.

At its heart, yoga is a practice of grounding—using the body, breath, and mind to calm the fluctuations of the nervous system and steady ourselves in a world that constantly pulls us off center. It’s not about mastering poses, but about learning how to balance effort with ease, strength without strain, and comfort without collapse.

This philosophy is the foundation of Global Sangha.

Global Sangha was created from the belief that wellness deepens when it’s practiced in community and rooted in cultural immersion. Through yoga, meditation, pranayama, mindfulness, and shared inquiry, we invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage meaningfully with the places and cultures that host us. Travel becomes not an escape, but a way of learning—about ourselves, one another, and the wider world.

Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness are the cornerstone of my personal wellness journey.

In addition to immersive retreats, I offer personalized one-on-one yoga and pranayama instruction, both in person and online. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are—supporting your unique body, breath, and capacity, and helping you build a sustainable, embodied practice that carries into daily life.

Whether practiced individually or together, our offerings are practices, not performances. Sometimes yoga looks like movement; sometimes it’s simply sitting and breathing. Always, it’s about cultivating awareness, curiosity, and connection—to your body, your mind, your community, and the cultures that shape our shared human experience.

Whether you’re new to yoga or deeply experienced, Global Sangha welcomes you into a space where relationships matter, learning unfolds naturally, and wellness is experienced collectively.

Explore within. Travel beyond.

“Elliott’s unique approach to group facilitation reflects the kaleidoscopic breadth of his life experience. In session, I found this to be a strength of his. Elliott knows how to relate and connect with introverts, extroverts, empaths, and leaders. It is through this empathic understanding of creators that Elliott began to build bridges across our organization, facilitating new relationships where none had previously existed.”
